In 2008, Daniel Allen Cox (a.k.a Brad Cox) released the novel Shuck (Arsenal Pulp Press), a fictionalized account of his career as a porn star. Shuck is the diary of Jaeven Marshall, a New York City hustler and dumpster diver who tries to make sense of his world through pieces of found trash.
Interestingly, the novel was blurbed by renowned pornographer and director Bruce LaBruce.
