Incredibly buxom, shapely, and wavy-haired blonde bombshell Deena Duos was born in Brooklyn, New York City. She's of Italian-American and German-Jewish descent. Deena moved to Boca Raton, FL after graduating from high school and worked for a short spell as a nurse's aid for the elderly prior to beginning her career in the adult entertainment industry as a stripper in Florida in the early 1990s. By 1993, Deena established herself as a featured dancer in both the US and in Canada.

She eventually became disenchanted with certain aspects of the adult industry, so she gave up the world of adult entertainment in 2000 for several years for a nursing career, after having earned her nursing license, also after which she gained a considerable amount of weight (88 lbs.).
After several years, she decided to return to the adult biz, lost the weight she had gained, set up her own website and worked as an escort in Las Vegas, NV. Fortunately, for her fans, in 2007, Deena started appearing again in numerous men's magazines and on various adult websites dedicated to large-breasted models. Moreover, she did another pictorial for the July, 2007 issue of Score and continues to run her own racy official website.
Breast reduction surgery (on E! TV series Botched)
Deena appeared on the Jun 28, 2015 episode of E! Entertainment's medical reality show Botched,[2] under her real name of Dee Stein. Her left breast had ruptured and her right breast had encapsulated, so Dr. Terry Dubrow elected to have her 3,000cc "double-lumen expanders", which she had implanted on her 20 years earlier, in 1994, removed, and replaced with smaller implants. The successful surgery took her from 3,000cc (and a J cup) to around 600cc (a smaller, but still large E cup).
