- ’’'IF I COULD, I WOULD:’’ Re-Legalize Hemp in the United States, end the War on Drugs, and set free anyone serving time in prison for drug-related, non-violent charges. I would build rooftop gardens on every building in San Francisco and hemp huts for the homeless. I would also make teaching one of the highest paid professions. While I'm dreaming, I might as well mention that I'd love to fly on a giant stalk of celery and ride on the back of a whale around the world.
