Born in Kansas City, Missouri, porn star Jody Maxwell was the four-year scholarship winner to the private, all-girls high school she attended, as well as a writer and reporter before delving deep into the world of XXX entertainment. Her erotic talent was discovered at a morality symposium she attended during university, and shortly after graduation she starred in her first film, Portrait. She went on to star in some of the top films released during the mid to late 1970’s, including titles such as Outlaw Ladies, Neon Nights, Satisfiers of Alpha Blue, Expose Me Lovely, and Devil Inside Her. She also had her own stand-up comedic stage show and worked with Cheri, Escapade, Capers, Partner, and Adult Cinema Review, as well as with a Personal Services Club. In addition, she has written a book of erotic non-fiction entitled, My Private Calls. Beyond XXX, she has held several different offices in the Young Republicans and was once a guest at the White House. Rightfully so, she was inducted into the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame in January of 2006; her work and contributions to the industry have been innumerable.
