Q: I would like to submit a pic. It says to leave a link on a talk page, but I'm not sure how to submit a new message on there with out editing someone else's message.
A: Talk pages have an extra tab at the top of the page in between the edit tab and the history tab. Click this + tab and it will create a new subsection on the talk page.
Q: How do I sign my message on a talk page?
A: Click the signature button in the editing tools to "leave signature with timestamp."
