Boston City Barrel Roll
The Boston City Barrel Roll is a sexual act that has, to this day, been confirmed to have been performed by only Ron Jeremy. Indeed, Jeremy obtained the nickname "Barrel Boy" after performing this act.
The Boston City Barrel Roll involves a male performer curling up into a "ball" and sucking his own penis after which he is pushed down a slope or hill - whereby he crashes into nude women and knocks them over, just like a bowling ball mowing down some skittles.
Although the act is not considered especially erotic it has gained cult status. In 1997 a college student in Indiana actually choked himself to death whilst attempting to duplicate the role.
