Esther Rantzen's Egg Shell (aka Esther's Rancid Egg Shell)
This is a comical sexual slang term which refers to a mature or elderley woman having sex after a long time of celebacy or sexual inactivity. To "crack Esther's Egg Shell" is the mature equivilent of popping the cherry. The term was first used in mature UK pornographic production circles, and initially refered to mature female performers who have been "out of the game" for years. However, the term now applies to any older lady who has her "second viginity" cracked.
Esther Rantzen is a UK television presenter and journalist. The term "Esther Rantzen's Egg Shell" is a comic play on the word Rantzen, which of course rhymes with "rancid", hence the growing popularity of the alias: Esther's Rancid Egg Shell.
